Meridian Exercises

Meridian Exercies - These gentle movements improve the flow of ki in the energetic pathways of they body. Exercises may include stretching, self-massage, breath and imagery, and help to increase body/mind awareness and relaxation. Particular exercises are usually prescribed for treatment of specific health concerns
